Goldman Sachs Ayco Financial Wellness seeks a Coach in Albany, NY to start a career in financial planning over the phone. You will complete licensing and training, then build client relationships through prescheduled appointments and inbound calls.

The role emphasizes long-term growth as a client-facing advisor with ongoing training and exposure to benefits knowledge, retirement planning, and education funding, all within a supportive platform.

Formación

• Desire to grow a long-term career as a client-facing advisor at Goldman Sachs Ayco.
• Strong passion for personal financial planning and client service via extensive daily client contact.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to varied knowledge levels.
• Demonstrate integrity and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
• Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete licensing requirements within defined time frames.
• Participate in the extensive training program to learn technical material for personal financial planning topics.
• Develop holistic, personalized financial plans for clients to enable action and goal achievement.
• Become a subject matter expert in company benefits including 401(k) and insurance.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and analyses using digital tools in coaching conversations.
• Establish trust with employee populations through scheduled appointments for long-term relationships.
• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with real-time financial planning questions.
• Identify appropriate internal products to provide suitable implementation solutions.
• Adhere to industry and company policies and compliance.
• Proactively support the team and firm.
