Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Sales experience is valuable; capable of sparking conversations with clients.
• Understanding of consumer credit basics including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
• Proficiency with PCs (Windows, Word, Excel) and digital technology; able to educate clients on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide financial wellness guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business units to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operations, risk, and audit policies including proper documentation.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally lead in-person huddles and daily debriefs.
