Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide financial wellness guidance.
• Open accounts and build relationships with individuals and small businesses.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other specialists.
• Ensure compliance with risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions when needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; weekend coverage as needed.
