KeyBank seeks a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover financial wellness needs, and provide guidance in person and by phone. You will open personal and small business accounts, partner with branch teams, and deepen client relationships through tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes sales discipline, client-first service, and adherence to risk and audit procedures within a branch setting. Weekend work may be required as directed by management.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness needs and provide guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts and explain deposit products and services.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist Teller line as needed.
• Attend and sometimes lead in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
