Qualifications

• Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Interpersonal interaction skills and an ability to build rapport in minutes.

Responsibilities

• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide effective and customized financial wellness recommendations to clients; Delivers on client solutions through referring of investment and insurance products.
• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of private client products and services to ensure meaningful financial wellness conversations.
• Opening personal and business accounts and developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies including documentation of client interactions.
