Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent business experience.
Experience developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
Experience in cash handling.
General PC skills with Windows-based applications and calculator.
Ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Assist clients with financial wellness guidance and product recommendations.
Resolve routine servicing issues and support branch operations.
Balance cash drawer within guidelines and follow compliance procedures.
Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to meet goals and participate in team huddles.
Adhere to policies and protect client information and assets.
