Job summary

KeyBank Findlay branch is seeking a customer-centric associate to support client servicing and transaction processing in a hybrid role. You will engage clients, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and guide them toward financial wellness both in person and via digital channels.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (GED) and cash-handling experience; a Notary License is preferred. The position requires attention to compliance, teamwork, and flexible hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Experience in cash handling and basic calculator/PC use.
• Ability to educate clients on digital platforms and KeyBank online tools.
• Knowledge of loans, credit cards, investments and related products.
