Job summary

The role emphasizes effective branch coordination, adherence to policies, and collaboration with leadership to drive branch performance. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experienced in developing current and new client relationships and achieving sales goals (required).
• Experienced in cash handling (required).
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).
• Working knowledge of digital technology and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
• Notary License within 180 Days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Embody a strong client experience culture with every client and teammate.
• Process all financial service transactions accurately while expanding client relationships.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Spot financial wellness opportunities during conversations and direct clients appropriately.
• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures and balance cash drawer.
