Job summary

KeyBank in West Chester, OH seeks a Financial Wellness Advisor (FWA) to blend client servicing with transaction support in a hybrid branch role. You will nurture relationships, identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, and help clients move toward their financial goals through guidance and digital tools.

In this role, you’ll balance cash handling, ensure compliance, collaborate with branch teams, and participate in daily huddles while supporting branch performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Familiar with digital technology and educating clients on digital platforms.
• Notary license within 180 days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and deepen client relationships.
• Process financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Educate clients on financial wellness opportunities and guide them to appropriate services.
• Meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in morning huddles and debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance cash drawer.
