Responsibilities

• Guide members via phone, video, or digital channels to improve financial well-being and meet goals.
• Educate members on credit union products and services and expand account relationships.
• Adhere to service levels for inquiries and resolve issues to the member’s satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
