Job summary

KeyBank in Park City, Utah, is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients in conversations, uncover their financial needs, and provide guidance to support financial wellness in person and via proactive calls.

As part of the branch team, you will open personal and small business accounts, develop partnerships across departments, ensure timely documentation and compliance, participate in morning huddles, and occasionally work Saturdays to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's experience developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to identify needs and provide financial wellness guidance.
• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, lending, CDs).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and other lines of business to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participate in morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management and support branch operations.
