Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience (required) or
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients
• Notary license preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness
• Open personal and business accounts and manage deposits and lending products
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and partners to drive client acquisition
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, and audit procedures
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs
