Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years analytical experience.
• Advanced capability with Excel and Word.
• Experience with 3E, Intapp, Sharepoint, Smartsheets and NetDocs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Conflicts and New Business to review and validate terms for new/existing clients.
• Review terms during intake to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Configure and update terms in 3E; ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Billing and revenue teams to communicate finalized terms.
• Support timekeeper rates, discounts, and process improvements.
