Sidley Austin LLP (IL LLP) is seeking a Financial Terms Management Analyst to ensure precise capture, implementation, and maintenance of client financial terms throughout the matter lifecycle. The role is part of a triad of sub-teams—New Business Intake, Implementation, and Compliance—to drive accuracy, policy adherence, and efficient revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of analytical experience.
• Advanced capability and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
• Preferred: degree in accounting, finance, technology or related field; experience in law or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate financial terms for new and existing clients during intake.
• Configure and maintain financial terms in 3E; ensure policy compliance and alignment with client agreements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure terms are complete and consistent with intake data.
• Document and communicate finalized terms to Billing and other revenue teams; guide on complex arrangements.
• Implement timekeeper billing rates and update discount arrangements; monitor and report on client volume discounts.
