Sonepar USA Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Manager in a hybrid role based in Broomfield, CO. You will own the financial systems portfolio, partner with Finance leadership, and drive the roadmap for accounting, close, and reporting.

This position requires 5+ years in financial systems, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and experience with ERP platforms. The role includes travel and a focus on scalable, compliant financial processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems management.
• Experience supporting accounting, close, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in IS, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to partner with senior Finance leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial systems portfolio and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify system needs and improvement opportunities with Finance.
• Ensure systems support accounting, close, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead build vs. buy evaluations and vendor selection.
• Bridge Finance, Digital Enterprise, and vendors; translate business needs.
• Oversee enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and implementations.
• Support user acceptance testing and readiness activities.
• Drive system adoption and change management with training and docs.
