Sonepar USA is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and roadmap for our finance tools across the enterprise. Based in Broomfield, CO, this hybrid role partners with Finance leadership to ensure compliant, scalable systems that support accounting, close, reporting, and analysis.

You will evaluate build vs. buy, manage vendor relationships, drive adoption, and oversee upgrades and integrations. Travel ~40% to operating companies and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing financial systems portfolios or related roles.
• Experience supporting Finance with accounting, close, and financial reporting systems.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to partner with senior Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial systems portfolio vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Identify system needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities with Finance and stakeholders.
• Ensure systems support core processes: accounting, close, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Lead build vs. buy evaluations, vendor selection, and business case development.
• Coordinate between Finance, Digital Enterprise, and vendors to deliver value.
• Oversee enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
