Responsibilities

• Build working knowledge of ACA's Workday ecosystem and related tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, processes, and data.
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Support testing and implementation of configuration changes.
• Investigate data issues and develop solutions with relevant teams.
• Explore data sources and data flow between systems and data warehouse.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, and implementation of integrations.
• Use data and analytics to drive accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Create documentation and training materials for users.
