Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
4–6 years in managing large ERP implementations and process redesigns.
4–6 years in secure software development concepts and practices.
4–6 years in design and hands-on implementation of complex multi-tier applications.
1–3 years in managing technical staff.
4–6 years of excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
7–9 years of customer service and relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and development of UC Santa Barbara's Oracle Financial Cloud system across GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Procurement, Projects and Grants.
Serve as primary escalation point and IT expert for Oracle Financial Cloud, Jaggaer, and Concur.
Set strategic direction with stakeholders; manage testing and change management for system updates.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, vendor contracts, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
