You will develop automated reports and dashboards, optimize financial applications, ensure data integrity across systems, and collaborate with university departments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Power Query, pivot tables, lookups).
• Hands-on experience with ERP, financial reporting, and automation platforms (Jenzabar, Vena, Supervity, Microsoft 365).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support cash management, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
