Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
• Relevant experience considered is financial or operational analysis.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to set financial objectives and risks.
• Provide actionable information, including analyses and pro formas, to support decisions.
• Support departmental and service line management with analytics.
• Analyze financial, operational, clinical and economic data to guide strategy.
• Interpret costs, prices, expenses, revenues, and measures to senior management.
• Conduct and document complex analysis projects.
• Forecast and analyze the organization’s short- to long-term position.
• Provide technical support on complex analysis projects.
• Primarily an individual contributor role.
