Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, LP (AMH) is seeking a Systems Analyst I to support the design, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance of financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team and document environments, procedures, and knowledge bases.

The role involves day-to-day run support for financial applications, audits, and change management, with a focus on Property Operations, Scheduling, Vendor, and Inventory Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Systems, Application Analysis, Applications Support, or related fields.
• Novice experience with troubleshooting and solutioning.
• Novice experience with Microsoft Dynamics – CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Novice experience with Dynamics 365, CRM, or any CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Participates in designing, implementing, and supporting CRM, ERP related applications and solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Reviews, analyzes, and maintains application and system environments.
• Monitors availability and performance of the application/system environments and integrations.
• Provides end-to-end support for Property Operations, Scheduling, Vendor, and Inventory Management.
• Maintains and monitors support queues and service level agreements.
• Conducts regular audits of applications by generating reports showing efficiencies and improvements.
• Investigates and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with teams to fix dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Facilitates change management processes with test plans, communication and rollout planning.
• Creates SOPs and policies for system users.
• Updates documentation to align with IT standards.
