American Homes 4 Rent is seeking a Systems Administrator – Workday Financial to manage and optimize our Workday Financial modules, including Accounting Center, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, and integrations. You will lead configuration projects, ensure data integrity, and collaborate across accounting and IT teams to deliver reliable, compliant financial systems.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Financial Systems and Applications management.
• Three years of Financial System Administration with accounting concepts.
• Hands-on configuring Workday Accounting Center and Prism.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, configures, and implements applications and systems including support.
• Troubleshoots incidents and ensures security and licensing compliance.
• Creates and maintains system documentation, procedures and policies.
• Performs Workday configuration changes and tests against goals.
• Leads projects, gathers statuses, and communicates progress.
• Acts as SME for Workday and coordinates semi-annual releases.
• Monitors performance and drives process improvements.
• Coordinates upgrades and change management processes.
• Investigates escalated issues and conducts root cause analysis.
• Manages vendors during incidents or maintenance.
