Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst
Work Location: Remote
Duration: Full-Time

Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a technically proficient Business Systems Analyst to develop and support applications for all aspects of fund administration in a modern financial services organization, including trading, risk reporting, fund accounting, margin and cash management, and investor relations.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications and workflows that underpin the functions of the fund. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and demonstrable experience working with SQL and enterprise-grade systems.

You will work directly with the COO and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization. This is a high-exposure role with excellent long-term growth potential.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong SQL proficiency required including experience working with large datasets and writing complex queries and procedures
• VBA / advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• BA/BS in computer science/mathematics/finance
• 2-5 years experience; although other highly skilled applicants will be considered
• Ability to work independently is a must
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial instruments, fund structures, and investment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of other languages (C, Perl, Python, etc) a plus
• Knowledge of Bloomberg APIs, Tableau, or Crystal Reports is a plus, but not necessary
