Work Setting: Hybrid // 3 days onsite per week

Overview:

Seeking an experienced Financial Systems Analyst to act as a strategic IT partner to the finance function. This individual will leverage both technical acumen and financial systems expertise to deliver IT solutions that streamline operations, support financial reporting, and drive business efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance stakeholders to ensure IT activities align with operational goals.
• Document and maintain IT knowledge, processes, and SOPs related to finance systems.
• Manage vendor relationships for finance-related IT services and platforms.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for finance systems within defined SLAs.
• Lead IT initiatives supporting finance operations and reporting needs.
• Assist with system-related issues during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Support financial audits from an IT perspective.
• Contribute to regional and global IT projects as needed.
• Develop dashboards and reports using financial data from ERP systems.
• Evaluate and prioritize IT requests from finance users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of ERP finance experience, with expertise in financial modules (e.g., SAP, Infor).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems and API integrations preferred.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL.
• Strong Excel and SSAS skills in the context of finance data management.
• Onsite Availability: Increased onsite presence may be required during month-end.
