Job summary

Elevations Credit Union is seeking a Financial Solutions Guide to meet with members and provide account services, financial guidance and value-adding solutions at the Fort Collins Midtown Elevations Branch.

As part of the branch team, the FSG delivers amazing experiences to every member, every time, using Elevations’ PEAKt service model and collaborating with internal partners to offer relevant financial solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of financial institution experience.
• 1+ years of lending experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits Elevations values and provides exceptional member service.
• Engages members using the PEAKt service model to explore solutions and refer to internal partners as identified.
• Originates all consumer loan applications and analyzes credit reports while cross-selling Elevations products and services.
• Handles account maintenance needs such as opening/closing accounts, online banking support, deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• Develops professional relationships with members and the community to increase member acquisition and revenue.
• Demonstrates operational excellence by adhering to policies, procedures and processes.
• Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including BSA.
