Job summary

Elevations Credit Union is seeking an Associate Financial Solutions Guide (AFSG) to join the branch team in Colorado. You will engage members, provide account services, and offer financial solutions with a focus on exceptional experiences.

You will originate lending applications, handle daily banking needs, and build professional relationships to drive member satisfaction and revenue. This role emphasizes PEAKT service and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years consultative sales/service experience.
• 1+ years of Financial Institution Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Current notary or receives certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer lending applications and identifies internal partner referral opportunities.
• Handles account maintenance: opening/closing accounts, online banking support, fee refunds, deposits, cash handling, withdrawals and payments.
• Develops relationships with members and the community to increase member acquisition and revenue.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and processes while delivering high standards of service.
• Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations including BSA.
