The manager will oversee a Financial Solutions Center, driving high performance in a competitive sales environment, and expanding both small business and consumer relationships through community engagement and proactive sales strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Grow Small Business Relationships: Establish and expand relationships with local small businesses through networking, community involvement, and active prospecting.
  2. Grow Consumer Relationships: Develop existing customer relationships and generate new ones through effective sales processes and follow-up.
  3. Develop Your Team and Yourself: Coach, train, and onboard team members, assess skills, and foster professional growth.
  4. Manage Operations and Compliance: Ensure smooth operations, risk management, and adherence to policies and procedures.
  5. Enhance Customer Experience: Uphold the bank's mission and core values, deliver excellent service, and ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree or equivalent, at least three years in a customer-centric sales environment, strong communication and relationship skills, technological proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with regional travel capability.
