Job description

Position Summary: Credit Solutions, a leading national revenue cycle management company headquartered in Lexington, KY, is seeking a results-driven and compassionate Healthcare Call Center Manager to lead and support our Self Pay Customer Service Team in a remote environment. This role is responsible for overseeing team operations, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality service in alignment with our mission and values. You'll guide a team of leaders and representatives, set goals, and implement processes to achieve client success and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a remote EBO Self Pay Team
  • Set and monitor goals for team, client, and individual performance
  • Conduct evaluations, manage timecards, and respond to PTO requests
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure 100% of monthly collection goals are met
  • Manage team staffing, training, compliance, and performance improvement
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all healthcare billing regulations
  • Collaborate with clients and attend meetings as needed

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or financial management
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (call center setting preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
