Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with licensing exams and foundational client-advisory training. You will help clients with basic banking and investment solutions while developing relationship skills.

You will work toward Series licenses and progress to more advanced advisory roles within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by structured academy programs and mentor guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain required securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within defined timelines.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing client’s interests.

Responsibilities

• Obtain required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) and begin delivering client care.
• Build and manage client relationships, assess needs and propose solutions.
• Provide end-to-end advisory support and collaborate with banking and investment partners.
• Progress through the development stages from FSA I to FSA II within a defined program.
