Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing with SIE and advance toward Series 7 and 66 exams, building a client advisory practice in a Bank of America financial center. The role focuses on delivering core banking and investment solutions while developing foundational client relationships.

As you progress through the Academy, you’ll work with banking and Merrill teams to provide comprehensive financial guidance, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Licensed through required industry licenses: SIE within 30 days of hire, Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days (66/63/65 accepted in lieu of 66).
• Bachelor's degree or higher and/or relevant sales/financial services experience.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end banking and investment guidance in collaboration with banking and Merrill partners.
• Obtain and maintain required securities licenses and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing client reviews and presentations with a consultative approach.
