Qualifications

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license required or in-process.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 1 year of financial services industry or sales experience.
• Ability to obtain required industry licenses and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across client groups.
• Results-driven mindset with client interests in a complex environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and identify client needs to develop tailored solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end comprehensive financial guidance and client reviews.
• Collaborate with banking and investment partners to connect clients with suitable services.
• Progress through the licensed advisor track by achieving SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 milestones.
