Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I. You will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses and receiving dedicated classes for SIE, Series 7 and Series 66, while building core advisory skills to help clients with financial plans.

As you progress through the program, you’ll grow relationships, deliver client reviews, and move toward higher responsibility within Bank of America and Merrill, with Academy support along the way.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66)
• Ability to manage time and capacity effectively
• Experience in cultivating client relationships and identifying needs
• Strong communication and collaboration to build peer relationships
