Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' basic product support inquiries via telephone and internet-based tools.
• Maintain communication with clients during issue resolution with updates and guidance.
• Own issues until a resolution is reached and communicated to the client.
• Manage ticket queue response times according to company SLA.
• Participate in web meetings with clients to understand issues.
• Document customer information and recurring issues to support product quality programs.
• Assist in creating How To documentation for clients.
• Provide on-call support with rotation within the Customer Care team.
