Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group in the United States. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients, delivering outstanding service and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, educating clients on services, and performing basic tech troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have call center experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior call center and customer service experience preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot monitor, speaker, keyboard, and mouse issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytic abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and remain professional with clients.
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and capabilities.
• Communicate clearly and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Provide customer-focused experiences, resolving inquiries with patience and professionalism.
