Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team in the Service Group. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients, delivering outstanding service and strengthening client relationships.

In this role, you will handle inbound calls, educate clients on account services, and troubleshoot basic tech issues. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Knowledge of banking/financial services or wealth management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook).
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
