Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team within the Service Group. You will handle inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, educating clients on account services and ensuring a positive client experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior call center experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and available capabilities.
