Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Client Services team in the Service Group in Mesa, AZ. You will support Financial Advisors, staff, and external clients, delivering outstanding service and strengthening client relationships.

The role focuses on handling inbound calls, educating clients on accounts and capabilities, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous call center and customer service experience.
• Banking, financial services, or wealth management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Strong Windows 11 navigation and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Citrix, Good for Enterprise, and Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with monitors, speakers, keyboards, and mice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook troubleshooting techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from branch personnel and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Educate clients on account services, products, and available capabilities.
