Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing Associate team to train and assist with financial service product acquisition.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including inquiries about insurance coverages, eligibility, and billing.
• Use needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options.
• Help establish and meet marketing goals with the agent.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market products.
