Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing Associate team to train and assist with financial service product acquisition.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on insurance, coverages, policy changes, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Work with the agent to meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and dedication to success.
