You will cultivate customer relationships, train with the Marketing Associate team, and promote insurance and financial products. The role emphasizes needs-based education, strong communication, and a path toward advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably outside or inside sales, retail or telemarketing.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial product education.
• People-oriented, organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Able to learn computer functions and multi-task effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing Associate team to train and assist with product acquisition.
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service including inquiries on coverage, policy changes, billing, and claims.
• Educate customers using a needs-based review process.
• Meet marketing goals with the agent and develop leads.
• Schedule appointments and present appropriate products and services.
