What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to online enrollment and access issues
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels
- Process and review transactions, referrals, and credit line requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and attention to detail
- A quiet and secure workspace free from distractions
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a virtual setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
