What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries and escalated customer issues related to various financial products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment and account access
- Process and review new account applications from multiple channels
- Manage register referrals, transactions, and credit line requests
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a quiet and secure workspace
- Strong technical skills with experience navigating multiple systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
