What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle complex inbound account inquiries related to Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, passwords, and sign-on issues
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels, including stores and online
- Process register referrals, transactions, and credit line increase requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
- A quiet, secure workspace free from distractions
- Proficient in using a computer while stationed at a desk, including headset usage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and navigating multiple systems
