Pacific Life is hiring Registered Financial Services Representatives in Omaha, NE to serve as a trusted resource for policyholders and financial professionals navigating meaningful financial moments. This is a fully inbound role — no cold calling, no sales quotas, no book of business to maintain. Just meaningful work, a structured environment, and a clear path forward.

Registered candidates move to our hybrid schedule immediately - in office one day a week.

At Pacific Life, Registered Financial Services Representatives are a trusted guide for policyholders and contract owners during meaningful financial moments. When customers call, they’re often making decisions about protecting their families, planning for retirement, or navigating a life event. Your work helps ensure they get accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most.

This is a high-volume phone role, handling approximately 40–60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. This role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 registrations. Many of our current operations, team lead, and leadership roles are filled by people who started exactly here. What You’ll Do

Compensation By Level

• Specialist: Omaha: $29 - $31 per hour
• Sr. Specialist: Omaha: $32-$34 per hour

Base Pay Range

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
