Financial Services Representative

Job Description

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team of Financial Services Representatives, where you’ll have dedicated time to focus on growth and career development. You will support our customers by taking inbound calls, and prepare for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. We offer paid training to help you obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and recognition of your achievements. During onboarding, you’ll support customers over the phone with account questions, withdrawals, fund transfers, resource identification, and trades, working from home and one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you will work in the Investor Center daily.

What to Expect
  • Obtain Licenses: Study for and obtain your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. Includes paid study time, coaching, and review classes. Successful completion of exams is required.
  • Build Skills: Spend four days a week supporting customers remotely and one day in an Investor Center to develop and hone your skills. You will have dedicated time for skill development, networking, and online classes. Transition to full-time on-site work upon completion of training.
  • Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, join the wealth management development track, and build advanced skills for your career in planning.
