Financial Services Representative

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you’ll have dedicated time for growth and career development. Support our customers by handling inbound calls, while preparing for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, and celebration of your achievements, all while building valuable skills and experiences.

During onboarding, you’ll support Fidelity’s customers over the phone—answering questions about account balances, withdrawals, transfers, resources, and trades—working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you will work in the Investor Center daily.

What to expect…

In your first year, your onboarding leader will support you through our industry-leading training program, with a mix of work-from-home and in-center support.

  • Obtain Licenses: Study for and obtain your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity. Includes paid study time, coaching, study plans, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
  • Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity. Develop new skills, network with colleagues, and take online classes. Transition to full-time in the Investor Center after training.
  • Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency serving customers, joining the wealth management development track to build advanced skills for your career in planning.
