We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Tigard OR. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Work closely with producers to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Active property and casualty insurance license
  • Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverages
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
