Job summary

Amy Blackwell - State Farm Agent is seeking a customer-focused team member to establish relationships, provide responsive service, and develop leads for insurance and financial services in the Menifee area.

You will market State Farm products, respond to inquiries, and support clients while pursuing licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health to expand capabilities within the agency.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
