Job summary

Fidelity Investments is hiring a Financial Services Representative in Scottsdale to support customers over the phone while preparing for FINRA licensing. You’ll study for the SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 with paid time and coaching, 4 days remote and 1 day on-site.

On onboarding you’ll handle account questions, withdrawals, transfers, and trades, gradually moving to an all on-site Investor Center role with some remote support possible based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (phone or in-person).
• Ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fidelity customers by answering questions about accounts, balances, withdrawals, transfers, and resources.
• Place trades and support licensing training while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center.
• Transition from onboarding to on-site Investor Center work as licensing is completed.
