Job summary

Fidelity is hiring a Financial Services Representative to support customers while building a foundation for a career in financial planning. You’ll work from home most of the week with one day on-site and be sponsored to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with structured study support.

Through the onboarding program you’ll gain hands-on experience, weekly training, and progression toward a fully on-site Investor Center role, with remote support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Fidelity customers by answering questions and guiding transactions from home.
• Process withdrawals, transfers, and fund trades for clients.
• Support customers with account balances and available resources.
• Transition to an on-site Investor Center role after the program.
